These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quality Cleaning Pros LLC concerning your use of our website and booking Services. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definition of Services & Business Model
Quality Cleaning Pros LLC operates a digital platform matching property owners with pre-screened independent contractor cleaning professionals. Service Professionals operate as independent 1099 contractors with their own liability insurance.
2. Booking, Pricing, & Payment Terms
By submitting card details via Stripe, you authorize a temporary hold 72 hours before service and final charge 24 hours after completion. Pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described; we will contact you first. Tips are optional and 100% passed to your cleaner.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Lockout Policy
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or lockouts (no entry to the property) are charged 100% of the booking value.
4. Client Responsibilities & Home Access
Clients must provide functioning electricity and water. Service Professionals cannot handle biohazards, mold, or items over 35 lbs. Please clear excessive clutter before arrival.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Discrepancies
We back our work with a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. Notify us within 24 hours of any missed checklist item for a complimentary reclean. We do not issue cash refunds.
6. Breakage, Damage, & Liability Insurance
Report any damage within 24 hours with photo evidence. Claims are processed through the Service Professional’s General Liability Insurance. Please secure irreplaceable valuables prior to service.
7. Non-Solicitation of Cleaning Professionals
You agree not to directly hire Service Professionals introduced through our platform outside our system, during your relationship with us and for 12 months after your last booking. Violation carries a $2,500 placement fee.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
